What information is collected

This website does not require an account and does not use advertising or profiling cookies.

If you send a written enquiry, Trentinian receives the contact details and the description of the situation you choose to provide. If you book an introductory meeting, the booking is handled by Microsoft Bookings, which collects the name, email address and meeting details needed to schedule the conversation.

The hosting infrastructure records standard technical request data, such as IP address, browser type and requested page, for security and reliability purposes.

Why it is used

Personal data is used only to respond to enquiries, to schedule and hold introductory conversations, and to discuss possible engagements. It is not used for automated decision-making, and it is never sold.

The legal basis is the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and Trentinian's legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website.

Sharing and processors

Data is shared only with service providers used to operate the website and the booking process, such as the website host and Microsoft, and with advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Enquiry correspondence and booking records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting engagement, and afterwards only where a legal or accounting obligation applies. Technical logs are kept for a short retention period.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests can be sent to contact@trentinian.com and are answered within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).

This notice may be updated when the website or the way enquiries are handled changes. The current version always applies.
